With a new 20’x 40’ gunite pool as the central feature, the design team worked to seamlessly connect a variety of aesthetically beautiful and functional peripheral living spaces. An expansive paver pool deck serves as the main connective element and uses a two-toned accent band to compliment the home’s color scheme. Other hardscape elements – seat walls, columns, a gas fire feature – help define a series of small outdoor living spaces around the pool. A large, multi-level composite deck helps to naturally transition the client’s experience from the house down to the pool. The custom outdoor kitchen is integrated into the lower level of the deck to help preserve views from inside the house down the pool and the landscape beyond.
