Jeff Behlmer, President, founded Aspen Outdoor Designs, Inc. in 1997 on the belief that the Central Indiana area could use a landscape company focused first on design and then exceptional installation.  Jeff’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University enabled him to hone his design talents to offer creative designs to residential clients.  His years of working for landscape and development companies introduced him to a wide network of construction specialists.  Learning from some of the best has helped Jeff lead Aspen Outdoor Designs to be the best.

To balance Jeff’s tireless work ethic, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and four teenage children.  They prioritize family dinners, attending church on Sundays, and taking family walks with their four-legged child, “Mackey.” Jeff also enjoys projects around the house and golfing with friends where he’s been known to payout a few bucks at the end of a round… too much work and not enough practice!
